We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... This quiet family home is close to all amenities: buses, supermarkets (crossroads, white water (AB), decathlon etc.) 10 minutes by bike from downtown, 20 minutes from Lac du Bourget. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house; it is a 80 m2 T3 under slope, with a kitchen - living room, 2 bedrooms. You have a coquettish small bathroom with shower. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Belledonne mountain range. Private parking space in the property.

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a senseo with pods. The studio has a 140x190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in the summer for cool nights.
