The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

Ghislain et Renaud vous accueillent au calme dans un petit village perché à 1380m. Venez profiter d’une terrasse baignée de soleil et d’une très belle vue panoramique sur les montagnes. A 10 minutes des pistes et 15 minutes du lac. Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas accueillir d’enfants car l’escalier n’a pas de protection. Idéal pour retraite en amoureux ou fanas de randonnées (GR50)
