Attenant à notre maison avec entrée indépendante, nous vous garantissons calme, intimité et tranquillité, à proximité des villages, rivières, marchés et randonnées. Une grande terrasse avec basero devant l'entrée, dominant la vallée, donnent dans le salon/salle à manger de ce très confortable  gîte entièrement rénové  de 45m². Cuisine intégrée totalement équipée (plaques vitrocéramique , réfrigérateur avec Freezer, four électrique, ...). Une  chambre  équipées d'un lits de 160x200 +lit parapluie(kit bebe). Coin salon avec canapé convertible 140x190 . WC indépendant et grande douche à l'italienne . Télé écran plat avec TNT et WIFI. Et une place de parking.

In the heart of nature, lined with vines, pines and chestnut trees, our house will enchant your stay. Ideal for hiking, swimming in rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage (swimming pool, barbecue, large game room, etc.). Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.

Situé entre Lablachère et Les Vans, notre gîte (Labellisé 4 étoiles) est une ancienne magnanerie. Le gîte de 57 m2, s’ouvre au rez-de-jardin sur une cour intérieure privative. Au rez-de-chaussée, sous une voûte, se situe la cave-buanderie réservée à ce logement. Un escalier en pierre mène à la terrasse privative couverte de 18 m2 orientée sud, une vue sur les vignes et la campagne environnante s’offre à vous...
