Very warm and comfortable over a cold winter. Cooling fan, ranch sliders and open patio for the summer. Convenient, 3 room accommodation. Easy walking distance to city, sport venues, and river walks. Close to Avis and Budget depot and transport for local and Intercity travel. You have your own bathroom, lounge and bedroom on lower level. Quiet, clean, comfortable. LGBTQI friendly. Warm, private garden cabin. Double bed in loft area, accessed by a ladder. Sofa on ground floor in your own living area.
