Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

Great spot and nice and warm

Rachael was an exceptional host. We were in town for a family bereavement which Rachael picked up on and had flowers waiting for us upon arrival with a touching note. The home was just fabulous to come back to and relax. I made an error in booking, getting the dates wrong. Rachael was so understanding and went the extra mile to refund a nights accommodation and followed up to make sure we found a place for the second night. The kind gestures from Rachael were so appreciated by our family.

Perfect location. My family had a wonderful stay. Very modern home, very organised and great amenities. Very easy and lovely place to stay when visiting Cambridge.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

had a lovely quick stay here to break up the long road trip we were on. Kids loved the pool and the location is an easy drive to everywhere in Hamilton. Beds were super comfy! recommended!

Lovely host with easy simple stay. Comfortable bed, super clean place with large tv to relax with. Great for students or short stays for a single or a couple who eat out or need to reheat take aways, no cooking facility except microwave and toaster, small refrigerator with interior freezer and small bathroom with nice hot shower. We came for Field Days and it was perfect for us. Thank you, Jeane!

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

Awesome place to stay nice to be able to use the back road to the temple in temple veiw, got to miss traffic if you went into the city would take longer to get there. lots of heaters good space even with three children. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this lovely home in Hamilton. Just stayed one night, with a plan to visit Hobbiton the next day but no plan for our arrival. Sharon shared a website of attractions in the area that led us to a delightful alpaca farm nearby. Hamilton is a lovely town! We’re glad we stayed here.

We stayed at Mei's accommodation for two nights. We felt very comfortable. The house is large and the kitchen is very well equipped - the location is also great - absolute recommendation!

Janice was a joy to deal with. Her property was just as it was listed beautiful well set up and very comfortable for, four weary +60 age golfers from the Hawkes Bay Her communication throughout the entire process was 5-Star. from Coordinating her cleaning service with our arrival on day-1 giving us the opportunity to check in early if needed which was taken up at the time, but we were grateful of the offer. House was spot less and very comfortable with clear instruction from arrival to departure Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be pleased to stay again. Lovely spacious house, warm, everything we needed for our family. Back yard fully fenced and suitable for children. The kids especially liked the very friendly cat who came to visit often. I suggest bringing a Chromecast or similar with you if you want to watch sports or movies etc as streaming services are not available on the TV.

The apartment is tidy, quiet and peaceful. I did have some challenges - the spa pool wasn't working, the internet went down and the washing machine didn't work. What stood out was the hosts were extremely responsive and proactively sorted each issue. They arranged a spa pool technician, the internet was due to a massive outage outside their control and they even took my clothes to a laundromat. That was exceptional and unexpected.

The Range View Cottage was a perfect tranquil retreat. The view from the outdoor seating area, and large windows from inside, was so green and beautiful. It was lovely to arrive to a spotless yet comfortable cottage, and the welcome loaf of bread and bottle of wine was an added bonus. Everything you could need is provided. Personally, it was nice to be a little away from the surf and tourist vibes of Raglan (one does need a car though if they plan to get into Raglan or to hit the beach and surf). Overall I would recommend the Range View Cottage to anyone!

The Tree House is big and spacious, very well suited to a family or group. Lots of windows and sliding doors onto verandas, room for everyone to have their own space. Comfortable furniture, everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect close to everything we needed yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the EV car charger such a great convenience and definitely appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area!

Heemi was so accommodating to our whānau. We had an unfortunate situation with our mum being hospitalised and Heemi made our stay here in Hamilton easy to sort being that we had our minds on other things. The home is so warm and cosey. Photos don’t do this place justice at all, it’s very beautiful and big!! Lots of space for everyone and Heemi really was amazing offering an extended stay if needed under our unfortunate circumstances. Would highly recommended this home if you are wanting peace and quiet and close to the city centre with a warm welcome.

Franks was extremely communicative amd have me all the infomation required. I wasnt available during the stay however he was exceptional in providing support and the house was excellent. Franks house and stay is one of the best we have experienced.

We had a great stay in Hamilton. The property was just like the photos, beautifully presented, and easy to get to. Lisa was an absolute gem to deal with. We will definitely return here if we ever need to return to Hamilton. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Lisa
