Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Ann's Bay

My return to villa hi Charming Cottage at Keith’s was amazing as expected and so relaxing. I got much needed rest and healing of mind, body and soul, the greatest of all was PEACE OF MIND. My most tranquil moments were working with Maxine in the gardens, planting flowers and grooming, all just so relaxing. Keith and Maxine are great hosts and we have become good friends making great memories. I got a chance to see the Ackee open up on the Ackee tree Jamaica’s national fruit. I ate fresh cherries right off the cherry tree. I also got a chance to see an amazingly beautiful sunset over the ocean. I must return to see the sunrise. The sun was not rising over the water where I could see it so must return in the summer season to catch it next visit. If U want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, I recommend Keith’s Place, U will definitely return. Until next time my Friends!

My husband and I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing and affordable place to stay in Runaway Bay. The villa is right off of the main road, we had no trouble finding the place to check in. It is very easy to walk out to the road & get a local taxi for cheap transportation. The home is very close to numerous beaches and popular tourist attractions in the area, we very much enjoyed the ease of coming and going from the property. The home was clean and organized, and felt very secure with the locks on the gate + door code to get into our unit. The kitchen was well-equipped for the simple meals we prepared during our stay, and there is a large shared kitchen within the villa as well. The air conditioning worked great, and we also made use of the free laundry facilities on the property. The only thing that was inconsistent with the listing was hot water, as there was a solar heater installed at the time and therefore the hot water supply was very limited. However, the host informed us that an electric heater would soon be installed.

I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Tides. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The atmosphere was very peaceful making it the perfect place to unwind, but it was also ideally located just minutes from the town and all the beaches and nightlife. Rachelle and Simon were fantastic hosts - welcoming and attentive. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the best attractions in the area, its the perfect place to stay...highly recommend and I'll be back!

The place was lovely. Great location, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, ground level so easy to access, locked door and locked porch gate so double secured. Host is responsive in a reasonable timely manner, friendly and easy to communicate with. The snack basket was especially a nice touch, so thank you!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time at Kessone's place and we will be back again. This is a great place to stay, especially for longer trips. The space is immaculately clean and smells great, with a real kitchen, and lots of living space. Kessone is an amazing host who is always responsive and extremely helpful! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely loved Raouls place! The view was just breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. He is a very responsive host and provided clear instructions and great recommendations for activities/food. I loved the experience I had at this air bnb.

Joyela was a great host - she was always responsive, her place was very clean, and modern. Location was also great because we were only a short drive from most things. If I come back to Ocho Rios I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was seamless. The space was absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like home. Everything was as listed. We particularly fell in love with the outside space and the gorgeous views. The host was responsive and he checked in on us every morning to ensure we were ok and that everything was up to par. The added bonus of the beach access that came with our booking made it even better. Would recommend everyone to book this home. 10000000/10. We will definitely be back.

The most clean and comfortable home feeling Airbnb I have ever been to. I’m not the type to write reviews especially when I’m not satisfied because I don’t like leaving bad reviews on people business, I don’t mess with people bread and butter I rather not to say anything. However , Verona place deserves all the good recommendations that is there to offer. She is a lovely host, very responsive and her place gives you a home away from your home feeling. I really enjoyed my time at her place and I will most definitely book with her again. Thank you Verona for providing a comfortable and relaxing home, a place that I look forward to after a long day of adventure while on vacation.

Our stay at Ms Sharon’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The space was spotless, truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Ms Michelle. She is an absolute gem! Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a local tip, a friendly check-in, or just her welcoming energy, she made our stay feel extra special. This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

I was hesitant about renting An AIRBNB, Robert's place was Cozy Clean,and the location was excellent. Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

Beautiful and clean, friendly host, good aircon. The pool was being fixed and Simone provided a credit since we couldn't access that amenity. Walkable area, close to shops and restaurants.

My flight was really delayed so I missed the check in time. Though I was extremely frustrated, I communicated everything with Kayann and she was very responsive and made arrangements for me to be able to check in when I arrived. I was surprised that it was as pictured. Very quiet residential area. Very modern decor and it is laid out very nicely. The unit is upstairs and there is no elevator but I didn’t find it to be an issue, just a little workout when toting luggage lol. The location is perfect! I did all of the major tourist attractions, as well as I visited a few local bars etc. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. Kayann also gave really good suggestions about things to do and places to visit. I was a little nervous about there not being any blankets because there are ac units in the place, but I didn’t need the ac as it was fairly cool during my stay. I did however give the recommended to Kayann, and she was open to my suggestion. Overall a great stay!
