Située en impasse, notre gîte de 80 m² est un lieu propice au repos et à la détente. Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

30 m² cottage, completely independent within our property and located in the heart of the village. It is equipped with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. In one of the most beautiful regions of the Loire, Anjou, crossed by its many rivers, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures, the Gite la Chevalerie estate is an enchanted haven of peace 30 minutes from Angers by car, close to Nantes and the beauties of the Loire. Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting, set with oaks and ash trees, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a pond.

70 m² house with garden – Montreuil-Juigné

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

We welcome you to a cottage, Accueil Paysan label, former barn renovated at the exit of the village. Tourism: Loire Layon and Anjou Bleu. 11 to 3 km away. Numerous tours nearby, information on site. Studio de la Baroud’ Family

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.
