Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Avertin

Tout était parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! Le logement est très agréable, fonctionnel et la décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et de créativité. C'est super pour un séjour romantique. Ne pas hésiter à y rester plusieurs nuits, il ya tout ce qu'il faut. Et petit clin d'oeil pour la surprise , très chouette !

Très bon weekend entre amis dans cette charmante maison, rien ne manquait, et Celiambre a été plus que réactive par message pour nous faciliter l'arrivée. La plancha a fait son petit effet, et nous avons pu profiter du jardin juste avant notre compétition de triathlon. Encore merci!

Das Haus liegt ruhig und wunderschön im Grünen mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich. Küche modern und komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Franck ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

We verbleven in een knus huis omgeven door veel groen in een bijzondere landschapstuin. We hebben ervaren dat Patrick het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten het echt naar hun zin hebben. Elke ochtend bracht hij ons vers brood. Bij aankomst vonden we in de koelkast melk, boter, eieren, spekjes en water. Op tafel een fles wijn. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in deze mooie omgeving en waren graag nog langer dan 8 dagen gebleven!!

Un immense merci à Frédéric pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, le cadre est magnifique, le logement au top et tout est pensé. Je recommande fortement.

Une très belle maison typique dont les propriétaires sont très sympathiques nous avons eu un très bon contact dès la demande de réservation qui s’est poursuivi jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien agencé, très propre, le linge de maison est proposé ce qui est important. Un grand espace extérieur très bien aménagé au calme. Merci Nicolas et Jérôme grâce à vous nous avons passé un très bon week-end et nous ne manquerons pas de recommander votre adresse autour de nous. Chantal et Jean François

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The space was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a cozy carpet, stylish throw pillows, and elegant curtains that made it feel warm and inviting. Everything was in perfect working condition and clean — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the home. Located on the second floor, the apartment was easily accessible with just a short flight of stairs. Inside, it was spacious and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the little extras that made our stay even more convenient — a coffee maker with capsules, a selection of condiments and spices, as well as laundry and dishwasher capsules all provided. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was consistently responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would happily return or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place!

I cannot think of a better place to stay in Tours - this was in a beautiful medieval building right in the main square, with everything just steps away from the front door. The apartment was well furnished and really spacious & comfortable, and Christine was a fantastic host who provided really clear instructions and recommendations. When I’m in Tours again I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Een heerlijk rustige basis in een bruisend stadje. Super fijn om boodschappen te doen in Les Halles om vervolgens thuis te kunnen koken, afgewisseld met etentjes buiten de deur. Vanuit het huis loop je in enkele minuten het centrum in of fiets je de stad uit om langs de Loire op pad te gaan. Het huis is echt iedereen aan te bevelen en biedt een enorm comfort. Een aanrader!!

L’appartement était super ! Décoré avec énormément de goût et très très confortable. Lucie était très accueillante et c’était un plaisir de séjourner chez elle ! La place est calme et à 3 minutes à pieds de la place Plumereau et des quartiers animés !

l appartement proposé par Mathilde est un Havre de paix, un lieu atypique vraiment agréable ! nous n avions plus envie de partir !

Le logement était propre et bien rangé nous avons passé un très bon séjour même si c’était très court. Jolie jardin avec beaucoup de mobilier extérieur. Il faut prendre en compte la proximité avec les autres logements. L’appartement était facilement accessible en voiture.

Une maison charmante et très agréable, Armelle et Alain ont été adorables pour nous accueillir !

Prix correct pour la surface proposée et a la région.

Le temps n'était pas de la partie pour ce week-end famille, mais l'ambiance chaleureuse du logement de Betty nous a permis de passer un excellent moment.

Maison complètement atypique et décorée avec goût dans un style mélangeant le rustique de la ferme et des œuvres contemporaines et designs. Le jardin est grand, calme et bien protégé. Nous avons passé une semaine bien tranquille comme nous le souhaitions avec visite des châteaux de la Loire à proximité, restaurants suivant les conseils avisés de nos hôtes, quand nous ne voulions pas cuisiner. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Strongly recommend Menehould & Charles’ place! We stayed there for a week with kids and friends, and loved the amazing garden and “home” vibe. This is indeed their very own house which actually comes with load of advantages (very well furnished, everything you might need is there, they know the place by heart if something is needed etc.). Area is quite / peaceful but still at walking or biking distance from Vouvray or other neighbouring villages, and very central to explore the Touraine region.

An incredible few days at Domaine le Pineau with my family we had such a relaxing few days after taking part in the Loire Valley Half Ironman. Domaine le Pineau was in such a secluded area and was super peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and get out into nature undisturbed by the outside world. The house been done in such a high quality with really good quality furniture and appliances as well as being super clean and tidy. We absolutely loved the Wood fired hot tub, swimming pool and my baby nephew loved feeding the goats in the nearby field. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Loire Valley area. We will definitely be back, thank you again François, what a great host.

הוילה הייתה מושלמת! אפילו יפה יותר מבתמונות. מעוצב בצורה מושלמת, נקי מאוד, מאוד מאובזר ובעל מתקנים מעולים. קרול הייתה נעימה שירותית וזמינה היה פשוט חופשה מושלמת ממליצים בחום!

Maison très bien placée pour visiter les lieux d'intérêts de la région. Denis a été réactif dans les échanges et sa maison est adaptée pour 2 familles (dommage que la chambre du bas ne soit pas réellement isolée de la lumière). le jardin est agréable.
