Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the fine wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.

Alone, as a couple or even with 2 children, we will be happy to host you in this small cottage which was a former bread oven on the edge of the Dordogne towpath. It is in the style of our Purple Perigord with its bricous and old stones. In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.

In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.

The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.
