Ce gîte a une superficie de 90 m2 . Il se compose d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage avec une capacité d'accueil de 4 à 6 personnes. Chaque logement dispose de deux chambres, chacune équipée de leur salle d'eau et WC (l'une avec bain et l'autre avec douche italienne), d'un canapé lit, d'une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un lave-linge, d'un salon avec télévision à écran plat.
