Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Located in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, you will enjoy the calm and a wooded environment close to shops and the Parc des Expositions d'Angers. We are also 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, the plant park, and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. The studio has private access on the side of our house, not overlooked. Free parking is available on the main street.
