From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Less than 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, Atoll. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The Space: Studio on land, private access. Accommodation comprising 1 bed of 160 + sofa bed. Whether traveling for work or pleasure, come and stay in our brand new fully equipped accommodation. Located in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, you will enjoy the calm and a wooded environment close to shops and the Parc des Expositions d'Angers. We are also 10 minutes from Terra Botanica, the plant park, and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. The studio has private access on the side of our house, not overlooked. Free parking is available on the main street.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.
