Located on the banks of the Doux, nestled on 5 hectares of land, this old 17th century house, restored by an architect, will offer you more than a place to rest. Here time stops, we live to the rhythm of nature and the river. The apartment located on the ground floor is independent. It overlooks a terrace in the shade of a century-old lime tree, a few steps from a private swimming area. The house is located a few minutes walk from downtown Lamastre and its amenities.

Isolated and quiet, within the 'Domaine de Fontreal' (old fortified house on 19 ha), at an altitude of 800 m. Located on the edge of a hiking trail, it is ideal for lovers of old stones, calm, nature and walks. 16x6 swimming pool from June to early September. Bed made for your arrival. In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land.
