Cottage comprising on the 1st floor with independent access: 2 rooms of 40 m2 on 2 levels: equipped kitchen, living room, sleeping area for 4 people, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is a 40 m2 room including a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living/dining room and a sofa bed. A shower room with toilet and washing machine with outside access. A patio with terrace area.
