The Little Cottage – Vars

Located in the heart of nature while being in the center of Les Claux, 100 m from the ski area and ESF. Very comfortable and quiet, it has been designed with space optimization. Very well equipped and cocooning: a bedroom (160 cm bed), an attic (160 cm bed) that children love above the bedroom (access by the "staircase shelves"). A very pleasant living room with a sofa bed for 2 and 2 benches/bed. Wood-burning stove, outdoor terrace. Facing south, very sunny!

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free Wi-Fi. Garden and balcony with mountain view, not overlooked. Nearby: Lake Serre Ponçon, whitewater sports, many hiking trails from Champsaur and Valgaudemar, Tallard airfield for your parachute jumps, Golf 5 minutes away!

We imagined this small independent accommodation like the rest of our house, with noble materials (wood, earth coatings, green roof) and with a concern for saving resources (green energy, rainwater recovery). In a mountain chalet, lit by candlelight (emergency solar lighting), in the quiet amidst larches with a large terrace that lets you discover a magical landscape. Fully equipped on 3 levels, a large bedroom under the roof, kitchen/living room. On the ground floor 1 toilet/shower room. You will arrive by car in the parking lot next to the cottage. Bowling and fountain. A dirt road in very good condition to arrive in this corner of paradise.

Ghislain et Renaud vous accueillent au calme dans un petit village perché à 1380m. Venez profiter d’une terrasse baignée de soleil et d’une très belle vue panoramique sur les montagnes. A 10 minutes des pistes et 15 minutes du lac. Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas accueillir d’enfants car l’escalier n’a pas de protection. Idéal pour retraite en amoureux ou fanas de randonnées (GR50)
