Welcome to a typical Touraine-style barn (120 m2) Located on a quiet street 8 km from Tours center. This place is in the most beautiful garden in France (Loire Valley castles, museums, parks, cellars...) The barn was built with traditional materials! Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom. Upstairs: three bedrooms and bathroom (sheets, bath towels, heating, cleaning are included in the price), terrace and parking (3🚘) Enjoy your stay!❣️

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby cot and changing table available. All guests are welcome at our place, but there are stairs. For your information, I live on the floor below

You will enjoy a sunny terrace and the wooded garden of 6000 m². We will be happy to welcome you and share with you our knowledge of Touraine (many tourist brochures available in the house).

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Fully renovated independent studio of 13 m², adjoining our main residence. Private entrance in the back of the house. Garden view. Wooden terrace. Street parking is available. You will find a microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with toilet, storage. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
