When you arrive at the top of the trail (a little steep), you immediately fall under the spell of the atypical dwellings nestled in the hillside. The cottage is completely renovated and combines modern comfort with the authenticity of the dwelling in the rock. Today we invite you to share these unusual but so attractive living spaces.

Enjoy a charming, bright and elegant duplex apartment. It is conveniently located in the historic heart of Tours and on Place des Halles, the city's iconic gastronomic district. Perfect location for visiting castles and vineyards, or enjoying the Loire Valley by bike (bike storage). Shops and restaurants are nearby. Private terrace overlooking rooftops and historic monuments. Access includes 1 parking space under Les Halles, 20 m away. 15-minute walk to TGV train station.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby cot and changing table available. All guests are welcome at our place, but there are stairs. For your information, I live on the floor below
