Consists of a large, spacious and bright room equipped with an American kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom upstairs and a large terrace. Location gite

Stay in an outbuilding on a fenced 5,000 m² property, on the same estate as our house. Enjoy a swimming pool and an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The property is only 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. The gîte comprises of: • a 30 m² room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen • a 12 sq. m. room • A 10 m² (108 sq. ft.) bathroom with toilet. Our daughters will be able to use the pool occasionally with your consent.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Spacious, independent, air-conditioned and completely renovated accommodation with a generous terrace, a flowered garden and a large heated swimming pool (july-august), spa and sauna. You will be under the spell of this bright house which has large picture windows, giving either on a private and shaded courtyard with a table and chairs, or on the terrace of the pool and garden with also gardens, deckchairs, umbrellas, a barbecue and a plancha.

The Little House of Vines

Small independent house for 4 people. It is located in the heart of the largest vineyards of St Emilion, a 5-minute walk to the center of the village. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.

Nice waterfront studio

Regarding the bedding, the sofa bed on the right as you enter, which I leave ready as a bed with the bedding, is less comfortable than the one near the kitchen, which takes up more space when it is opened as a bed. The key to the studio entrance also opens the glass door of Building B.
