Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Denis-d'Oléron

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a great stay at the cottage, perfectly suited for our family. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region and the island of Ré. A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. We had a very good stay in this apartment on the occasion of a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!
