A small path connects it to the Plage de la République (150 m) and, beyond, the Plage du Veillon, the marina and the 18-hole golf course. Nearby, water activities (surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, etc.) and local shops (bakery, greengrocer, fishmonger). It enjoys, thanks to its private access and the property that surrounds it, absolute calm.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market.
