It is a duplex with living-room, terrasse, a room with two single beds and a toilet on the first floor, a room with double-bed and dressing, bathroom with jacuzzi and italian shower on the second floor. The living-room is equipped with a double convertible sofa with sea view. The two rooms and the living-room have air-conditioning.

Apt 5 minutes' walk from the barachois , ideal place to enjoy the seafront, but also the city center with its many restaurants and pubs , casino and multiplex cinema. For trail lovers, we are a 5-minute walk from the stadium of the redoubt where we attend every year at the arrival of the mythical diagonal of the madmen . In case of urgent needs or if you are not a price leader as well as a bus stop are at the corner of the residence.
