The accommodation is very spacious and tastefully decorated. It is very well insulated, which is very appreciable in hot weather because the living room remains well tempered. The terrace is gigantic with a really privileged view, a real pleasure to sit there for an aperitif after a big day of activity. The accommodation is part of a large building, but you don't even realize that there are neighbors on the other corners of the building, it's very peaceful. 1 parking space provided and access to a common laundry room to do your laundry. Communication was easy and responsive. In short, we had a lovely stay.

We really appreciated the flexibility of the check-in time taking into account capricious weather and the kindness with which we were welcomed. Regarding the listing, it is extremely rare to find an Airbnb listing with such a level of amenity with hosts who care about the quality of hospitality. The fact that the house is located in a subdivision, to be specified however and is not mentioned in the description of the place (between oaks and vines in the photo!) did not affect our stay because it is easy to walk to the nearby paths.
