Accommodation offering very good value for money for people who, like us, simply need a place to sleep. The accommodation is clean and as described. As for the street noise, criticized in other comments, nothing to complain about for us. This is a downtown apartment, so it's lively, but everything is relative. I will only have one real downside regarding the opacity of the curtains (we were able to come with our 3-year-old daughter), she was very happy not to sleep until it was dark. But it's still anecdotal.

Keith is attentive and responsive to the exchanges we had despite the distance between us, thank you Keith for your kindness and responsiveness. The house is very quiet, very clean, friendly. The bedding, important bedding for a good night's sleep, we found it excellent, it's nice to have a good night's sleep. The only problem we encountered was the key to the front door, which is not easy to turn. It would be wise, I think, to perhaps access the house from the back, as it is easier to access. We had a great week, helped by warm and sunny weather! Vacation with friends with our children, the bedrooms and the different rooms allowed us to not step on each other. The exteriors are superb, we enjoyed the pool and the petanque court (poor Wallid). Easy communication with the host who quickly intervened on 2 small issues during the stay. To recommend. We had a lovely 8 days. Living room, dining / kitchen are rather large and well equipped. The number of bedrooms was satisfactory for us 8, the 2 downstairs bedrooms being larger and benefiting from their own shower room. The east/west exposure of the house makes it clear and you protect yourself from the heat by closing the shutters on either side. The outdoor spaces are really good: large terrace with two tables and umbrellas for eating out, and large lawn to feel offshore and let the kids run. The hamlet is very quiet. The proximity to the beach is a real asset for young and old, with a beautiful viewpoint on the Creuse, a welcoming lawn with shade if you wish, enough to buy ice cream or even eat, and rent paddle board etc. The sites of the Valley of the painters are very close by car: Gargilesse, Crozant, Chambon. And Argenton/C, the Eguzon Dam. Very beautiful and interesting.
