Located in the small village of Saint-Elix-Theux south of the Gers, the estate offers you views of the countryside and the Pyrenees when they reveal themselves. Also enjoy the mild climate of the southwest to enjoy the moment . Backed by the house, the 'Gite du Momton' is set up in the old stables to comfortably accommodate six people .

There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.

The wellness chalet

Cottage based in the countryside, come and enjoy the benefits of a quiet and soothing location. Located close to a lake with water activities, 1 hour from ski resorts and Spain and the village 2 km away, it has all the local shops. This cottage is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra child bed, with a living room including a double bed, an equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, kettle and microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower.
