Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

Located 25 minutes from the gorges of the Ardèche, 15 minutes from Vals and less than 10 minutes from the city center of Aubenas. For cycling enthusiasts the house is close to many departures both from mountain biking but also to road biking. A garage is available if necessary to park a motorbike or bike.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
