Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Recharge your batteries in our spacious 200 m² stone house, nestled at the foot of the mountains, ideal for 12 people. Completely renovated, it offers a large 3,000 m² garden with a swimming pool (available in summer), stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere. We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
