As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.
