Elle se situe à sauzelle (commune de saint Georges d’Oleron) dans une rue très calme, à environ 15’ en vélo de la plage de la gautrelle. À quelques minutes à pied, il y a une boulangerie/épicerie/colis (chez Patoche) et un bar/restaurant (la marie galante).
