Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Excellent séjour logement très bien situé, et en parfait état, très bon acceuil de Mélanie à notre arrivée. La proximité avec la mer est très agréable tout les commerces à proximité l on peu tout faire à pied je recommande ce logement. Je pense vraiment y retourner sur une plus longue période

My Family and I had a fabulous stay at Caroline’s beautiful home in the heart of gorgeous Montpellier. The location was perfect, near everything. The beds were super comfortable, awesome shower and outside area to sit by the pool. Very spacious home for all of us, which we loved. Great neighbors and meeting Caroline was a real treat. A lovely and very kind lady. We will definitely come back there next time we visit. Merci beaucoup Caroline!!!

Cela fait une dizaine d'années que mon épouse et moi, nous nous déplaçons plusieurs fois dans l'année dans des gîtes pour des raisons professionnelles et c'est le premier vraiment le plus intéressant à tous les niveaux : répartition des pièces fonctionnelle et décoration sympathique, gîte très propre et climatisé, quartier résidentiel et calme à 15 mn d'un centre commercial et 25 mn de la mer, la literie au top, il ne manque rien, boissons, thé ou café à disposition. Et bien sûr l'accueil agréable et courtois de Lionel.

Logement parfait, JC et Eva sont accueillant et bienveillant, reactif en cas de questions. Le logement était propre, bien disposé, la clim et le jacuzzi sont un gros plus. Le centre du village est à un 10aines de minutes à pied, les balades autour du lac ou de la cathédrale sont proche. je recommande pleinement

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt direkt am Strand Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus direkt am Meer. Die Lage ist wirklich das Gelbe vom Ei – nach der Promenade steht man direkt mit den Füßen im Sand. Besser geht’s nicht! Das Haus selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Besonders schön war die persönliche Begrüßung durch unseren Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und gleich mit tollen Empfehlungen zur Region versorgt hat. Ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war die vom Host organisierte private Führung durch eine nahegelegene Menade. Diese exklusive Erfahrung war nicht nur informativ, sondern auch unglaublich charmant und authentisch – ein echtes Erlebnis, das wir nie vergessen werden! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung, Meeresnähe und persönlichen Service suchen!

Tolle Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Isabelle hat uns herzlich empfangen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen (Napf stand bereits bereit). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Danke nochmals Isabelle für die gute Betreuung während unserem Aufenthalt.

Traumhafte Tage in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und der Garten sorgen für schöne Momente draußen. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in der großen Wohnung von Julie. Der Panoramablick aufs Meer war atemberaubend und der Strand sauber mit direktem Zugang von der Unterkunft. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung häufig bewohnt ist, aber alles war verwendbar und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Julie war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer freundlich und schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Besonders nett war es, dass wir einen späteren Check-out nutzen durften, was bei einer Reise mit einem Kleinkind sehr angenehm ist. Auch kann man von der Unterkunft mittels Auto schnell zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nach Montpellier gelangen (empfehlenswert). Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

Un superbe gîte au milieu de la nature. le gîte est vraiment très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La literie est confortable, le barbecue en terrasse idéal pour cuisiner. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir. tout était super.

What a wonderful stay we had at Olivier’s place! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The house was beautifully arranged, had comfortable beds and linens and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay in Montpellier. The house is set inside a private courtyard which gave it a tremendous sense of intimacy and also allowed for the kids to play outside without the worry of nearby traffic. The property is also very well located; easy walk to nearby bakery, fromagerie, pâtisserie. There are also many restaurants nearby, 2 large grocery store and a pharmacy all within footsteps. It is also easy access via car to head south to the beach’s or other parts of the city. Olivier was extremely welcoming, great at communicating and made us feel at home during our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Montpellier, don’t look any further. We highly recommend this home!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en couple dans cet appartement au bord de l’eau. La vue est magnifique, l’emplacement parfait : tout se fait à pied, que ce soit pour de belles balades, aller à la plage ou profiter du centre-ville. Le garage est un vrai plus, surtout dans une zone où il est compliqué (et souvent payant) de se garer. On a pu laisser la voiture et profiter pleinement du séjour à pied. L’appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée, tout bien organisé. Thierry est très sympa et disponible, même si on n’a pas eu besoin de le contacter, car tout était parfait. On recommande les yeux fermés et on reviendra avec grand plaisir !

I really enjoyed my 4 week stay in Lëo’s grande appartement. Very attractive, spacious and full of historic character but also having all necessary mod cons. The only drawback was the five flights of steps to the third floor, especially with heavy luggage. Appartement très propre et conforme à la description. Juste à côté de mon centre de formation où j’ai passé quelques jours. Apparemment spacieux, on a l’impression d’être à la maison ! Julien est réactif face aux demandes, c’est un plaisir. Je recommande à 100%

Logement de qualité avec une terrasse sympa. Attention toutefois à la mezzanine qui serait dangereuse pour des enfants.

Comfortable stay and absolutely wonderful communication from the host. The place is close to one of the train stations and it takes around 15/20 minutes to walk to downtown.

Nous avons passons un super séjour en famille et nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer le Airbnb. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée, la terrasse très agréable et sans vis à vis. Le tout décoré avec goût. L’emplacement à l’intérieur des remparts est idéal. Audrey était extrêmement gentille et dévouée à notre bien-être, ( très flexible, réponse rapide et recommandation locale). J’ai même eu des petits cadeaux de bienvenue à l’occasion de la fête des mères. C’était aussi très pratique d’avoir le parking inclus dans la location. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment has great character with funky decor and a chair swing that was a hit with our daughter. Plenty of space to spread out, plus a large bathroom downstairs. The location is unbeatable: two blocks from the train station and parking, with amazing restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. The major challenge is the five flights of stairs. Hauling luggage up was tough for us, so I'd mainly recommend this for younger travelers. And the single AC unit cooled the downstairs bedroom adequately but barely reached the top floor. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay. The stellar location made up for the quirks.
