On the 2nd floor, this 60 m2 space consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with 160*200 bed and 1 twin bedroom with 2 90*200 beds), shower room and toilet. Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. It will consist of bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, yogurt, dried fruit, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee or chocolate, ham, egg, rillettes and cheeses

Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.
