It is located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles (Château de Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, Blois, Montpoupon...) and 23 km from Beauval Zoo. It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with a bakery open from 6:30 a.m. except on Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact (8 a.m./8 p.m. except on Sundays 9 a.m./1 p.m.) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the hosts' plot with a small private garden.

Between the vineyards, hiking trails, the Loire by bike and 5 km from Amboise, Anne-Sophie and Nicolas welcome you to the heart of the rock in a renovated century-old troglodyte cottage. "Le Pressoir" offers you two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace in a natural setting on the hillside. The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.

It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.
