Very nice cottage, well-equipped, in the heart of a very friendly little village

We had a very short stay at this functional and adjoining apartment. The area is very nice and Caroline, who was very warm, told us about nearby events during our welcome. 🙂

Michele and Gaeten were very kind, welcoming hosts. Their home was beautifully kept and the garden was a lovely place to sit and relax, we would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice studio, on the 2nd floor, with a view of the shared garden and the Seudre. When I reported a noise issue with the fridge, Adrien came to see and check the "setting". Address to keep and share!

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes' drive. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.

We spent three nights in the accommodation in heat that was quite high for a month of June. Fortunately, there was a fan. The apartment is nice and well stocked (with a great park). It's a good place. I recommend it.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
