Vertheuil house, 3 rooms completely renovated, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 10 minutes from the great Médoc appellations. In front of the house is a small south-facing garden. Garden furniture and two adult bikes are available, as well as an adjoining storage space with washing machine and a private parking space. Leclerc supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. In a very quiet location, this small stone house is ideal for exploring the Médoc. (5 nights min in July and August.)

Récemment refaite à neuf, cette dépendance vous ouvrira ses portes pour une escale confortable et sereine dans notre petit village au cœur des vignobles médocains. Vos animaux de compagnie sont bienvenus pour autant qu'ils ne présentent pas d'incontinence et qu'ils n'aient rien contre les six chats qui peuplent le jardin. Implanté sur un terrain clos de 500 m2 , la maison de 72 m2 comprend une cuisine ouverte sur le salon séjour avec acces sur la terrasse . 2 chambres , salle d' eau , wc . IL y a 2 places de parking a l' interieur .

Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
