THE SHEPHERD'S HUT

Spacious and bright, the 100 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, former sheepfold. Beautiful view of the 2500 M2 orchard, with terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, gas barbecue, trampoline, swimming pool, games for children..... This accommodation dates back to 1784, restored with elegance. Nordic and modern decoration, very warm, a real cocoon with nature and calm. Ideal for recharging your batteries on vacation. The sheepfold is well located for visiting wine-growing towns and villages.

This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. Le Cassien

Chic and cosy old house in the heart of the historic centre of Savigny-lès-Beaune right in front of the church of the 13th century . The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Good addresses are only 100m away: Le Chateau de Savigny, several restaurants, a grocery shop, the bakery and the wine producers of Savigny.

15 minutes from Beaune and the Route des Grands Crus, between fields and orchards, this outbuilding has all the comforts: walk-in shower in Burgundy stone, 160*200 cm bed, large outdoor area... and its Nordic bath, heated by wood fire, to enjoy the garden and the surrounding nature in any season.
