Nice little single-story house located 500 m from the city center and 2000 m from Sableaux Beach. It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV. One bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, separate toilet. You benefit from a closed courtyard with unoverlooked terrace, garden furniture, 2 Acapulco chairs, barbecue. A private parking space in front of the rental. Its exceptional location allows you to walk to the city center in 5 minutes.
