The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) located on the upper floor of the air-conditioned house with private bathroom. On the ground floor: shared living room with TV, WiFi. The courtyard will allow you to safely park your vehicle (recharging an electric car is available for a fee of 5 euros) Breakfast is included , please note there is no kitchen.

Possibility to book breakfast, pets are allowed with a supplement of 10 euros per day, a package applies to the week.

The two bedrooms that I make available to you are located in a villa with garden in a quiet area. The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site
