The accommodation is spacious, the bedding very comfortable. The linen provided is sufficient for one week. The geographical location is perfect for visiting Dinan, Dinard and other sites. Lots of hiking suggestions to do within 15 km of the accommodation, which is great. Laurent is a discreet host and available for any information Great stay.

This little cocoon is perfectly located in the heart of the old town among the most beautiful houses of Dinan. The apartment is furnished and tastefully decorated, everything is done to make you feel at home.

Beautiful accommodation furnished with quality and decorated with great taste. Located at the foot of the port of Dinan, the setting is ideally located between the calm of the water and the effervescence of the restaurants a few dozen meters away. The outdoor areas are also very pleasant for lunch or relaxing breaks. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a great stay in the very quiet Breton countryside. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, with comfortable bedding. Close to a large supermarket and ideally located to visit Dinan and other beautiful places in the region. Delphine and Jacques are friendly and welcoming hosts. A superb apartment in the heart of Dinan! It is new and extremely clean, easy to access and close to all shops. Communication with Mickaël is very easy and friendly :) We had a great time in Avignon!

Exactly as described - lovely city - only downside was parking a 5 minute walk away(which wasn't a massive issue) and the fact its on the top floor so lots of steps but not an issue for us and all described in advert! Host was very helpful and communicative with quick responses - Thankyou!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

Excellent accommodation. The only drawback may be the three flights of stairs. We don't use the wifi or the TV, so I don't have an opinion on that. Dinan is wonderful and this accommodation is very well located to get to know it

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.
