It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Its privileged geographical location is halfway between Nantes and Pornic (30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage Zoo. It is located in the center of Sainte-Pazanne and is close to all amenities on foot. New since November 2024, this residence offers a living/night area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The entrance is autonomous and independent.

This independent accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room (separate toilet), a sofa bed (ideal for 1 or 2 children) and a terrace with dining area, deckchair and barbecue. Access possible by TER (Nantes/Pornic axis), train station 5 min walk away

Carefully decorated in tones of sapphire blue and old pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15 minute walk.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Located 3 km from the village. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your pets. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.
