My accommodation is perfect for a couple or solo. Totally independent entrance. Kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc. Free parking very close in the street At the foot of Vercors, 25 minutes from the TGV station in Valence, 50 minutes from Grenoble, 40 minutes from the ski resorts, very touristy site: Thaïs cave 2 minutes on foot, lake with paddle boat, river water, hiking, bike path nearby.

Thanks to Xavier for a great stay. We were 2 families including 3 children and appreciated the quality of the welcome, the flexibility, the advice of Xavier but also the accommodation which was brand new, very clean, very well equipped (kitchen like at home, top-notch bed linens & bathroom) and a quiet environment. We highly recommend Xavier's place and will be back soon to see the progress of his ambitious project.

Very welcoming and pleasant host, the accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The Holidu intermediary is not very practical, hard to contact, automatic response. Everything is fine once you have the contact of the real host, but before booking holidu is really a hassle.
