Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

You will be at an altitude of 530 meters, in a quiet, hilly and diverse environment. In a locality of thirty inhabitants, close to major roads, you will find every comfort, in an authentic and natural style with new amenities (2023). The atypical layout retains the characteristics of the original property and reserves room for two. Facing south, the green outdoor space will complete the 60 m2 of the accommodation.
