Independent accommodation, overlooking a fenced garden, very quiet and bright. Well insulated, mosquito nets, fan. Large bay window overlooking the garden. Close to trams, the mutualist clinic, shops, and the Estacade market... Train station and city center (15 min and 20 min walk). Easy access: close to the ring road. Parking is available for a small car (2 m high max and 4 m long). Accessible and closed garden, you can enjoy it while respecting the calm. Great for a bike.

Enjoy this large modern well equipped Studio/apartment located in a great surrounding. The Studio with large room, private small kitchen and bathroom/wc is for your use only, it is part of our house (however with an own entry door :) ) You will enjoy the mountains view from the terrace and meet our dog Fidji in the garden. About 70 m² of warm interior, it also has a large terrace with a superb view of the plateau and a very pleasant wooded garden in any season. The chalet is at the foot of hiking and snowshoeing trails, and close to all the activities offered on the plateau: skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, paragliding... Musicians will also appreciate the presence of a piano.

The Prairie Cottage

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
