Welcome at Mas Mialou! In our beautiful old farmhouse we offer you a fully renovated and equipped apartment. Mas Mialou is situated just outside the centre of Saint-Jean-du-Gard. It is a very peaceful location surrounded by nature and within a 5 min walk of the village centre. The perfect place to discover the Cevennes and the south of France. Mas Mialou offers a giant trampoline, playhouse with slide and small pool for kids. Community pool, soccer and tennis fields, river Gardon within 300m.

Le rez-de-chaussée (avec la Clim) est composé d'une cuisine, d'une chambre, d'un salon, d'une salle de bain et de toilettes. A l'étage, vous trouverez deux chambres en enfilade. A l'extérieur, le mas dispose de deux terrasses, d'un petit barbecue, d'une cour et d'un local à vélos. La propriété est clôturée et accessible par son entrée avec un portail électrique.

Le Laurier et 3 autres gîtes (Thym, Romarin, Mûrier) bénéficient d’une entrée séparée, de la climatisation réversible, d’une vaste loggia avec une vue magnifique et tout le confort moderne. En commun, piscine (14x7) ouverte de mai à septembre, ping pong, baby foot dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Les propriétaires, présents occasionnellement, occupent une partie privative de la bâtisse avec un accès totalement indépendant.

Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is a part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small swimming pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45 m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, a storage area, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The whole space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchen area. The terrace faces east, very nice in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal pool.

My place is close to Parc des Cevennes, Ales and its entertainment, Anduze and Nîmes and many tourist sites (Pont du Gard, etc.). You'll love my place because of its location facing the Cevennes, its calm, its charm, its comfort, its swimming pool and its large 6000 m² park. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. For groups of up to 20 people, there is the possibility to rent the floor with a supplement.
