You enter through a gate reserved for you and after a short driveway and a terrace facing east A living room with a sitting area and sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom – with a brand new 180 wide bed – with an adjoining shower room and a closet; Quiet and no neighbors opposite!! The pool is very close and you can enjoy the garden quietly. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house has a view to the southeast over the Vercors. Depending on the season, you will hear woodpeckers, cuckoos, owls, midwife toads... On the site, outside the owner's accommodation, there is only one gite. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.

The fenière is in Drôme des collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical.
