Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Pour 4 pers: 1 chambre ( lit 140x190) et 1 canapé convertible dans le salon. Résidant sur la propriété, nous aurons le plaisir de vous donner quelques conseils et bonnes adresses. Completely renovated, this 45 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the village of Pont du Fossé, close to all shops and services. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
