This hamlet is 30 minutes from Orcieres Merlette ski resort, 15 minutes from St Léger les melezes ski resort. And 40 km from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighborhood, with views of the mountains in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to give you some tips and recommendations. Key points: Sheets and towels provided / Parking / Dolce Gusto coffee maker / Barbecue and firewood provided / Free WiFi/cleaning to be done at the end of the stay

Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the large tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE.

Completely independent chalet, with exceptional views of the valley and very quiet. Facing south at the foot of the Ecrins Park, the chalet is ideally located in a family ski resort (Chaillol 1600) at the foot of the hiking trails and less than 500 m from the ski slopes. You'll love this cottage for its comfort, amenities and brightness. The cottage is perfect for couples, families with kids or a weekend with friends. Ideal for up to 7 people.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.

Apartment located in the heart of the Pont du Dosse village, with all shops and services nearby , come and recharge your batteries in this small village very lively and welcoming in all seasons . Completely renovated and equipped, take advantage of the 48m2 to relax and feel at home. No pets are allowed due to a bad experience .

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
