Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

I had a great time at this apartment in the middle of the mountains. A warm atmosphere and attention to detail. A home away from home in Aix Les Bains! We loved Danny’s home and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious with two outdoor areas and a very convenient garage with a lift. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town but peaceful. Danny has gone out of her way to decorate the space stylishly and provide everything you could need and more. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of good quality linen is provided. The lounge area is spacious and includes a Murphy bed. The town of Aix Les Bains has plenty of restaurants (5 mins walk) and a lovely lake (40 mins walk). We would highly recommend the apartment.

I booked a night to celebrate my birthday with my brothers and sisters in a holiday atmosphere in the mountains. In this nice, comfortable and quiet chalet we were able to enjoy ourselves, spend a nice evening and extend this good time by enjoying the beautiful sunny terrace for breakfast the next day! Elaine was very nice and even left me a little gift for my birthday. It went very well, thanks again!

We were incredibly well received at the accommodation in Alvard. The owners are simply wonderful: warm, caring and very kind. They did everything to make our stay as good as possible, even going so far as to welcome us in advance with a smile. Their generosity and kindness really touched us. It was just such a beautiful vacation. Patricia is such a lovely hostess and answered questions directly and gave us nice excursion tips for the whole family. We didn't miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well equipped and we also had plenty of games and toys for the little ones. We were able to start hiking directly on foot, but also small hiking trails for children were a few minutes away by car. There is still so much to discover, we will definitely come back again.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!
