Can’t beat the view and the location

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

What a beautiful home <3 The flat is modern, super clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! We stayed at the tail end of a heat wave and were worried that there was no aircon, but the superb quality Dyson floor fans work great, so not an issue at all! The garden is private, quite and had wonderful views over the mountains. 10mins max from the beach and supermarkets, bus stops etc. Sabrina was super helpful, and Emily, who checked us in was friendly, warm and welcoming 🙏 Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

We had a great stay in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and decorated in very good taste. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. Very good stay, the host is very friendly and leaves a booklet with various addresses (restaurants, activities, etc.). Very good communication of the information needed to access the accommodation. We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We really enjoyed our stay with Agnès and John. The apartment and surrounding area were beautiful and they both made us feel extremely welcome. The lake is a short walk while the bus into town is also a great option for getting around. We highly recommend staying here 💫

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but it didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be calm, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful.
