The house is a through house, facing east/west, and enjoys the setting sun. It was renovated in 2024. It has a large living/dining room of 60 m2 with a large glass roof overlooking the garden and 6 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 5 upstairs). It's great for a weekend getaway with family or friends.

Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
