Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

You can also visit the troglodyte site of the Jaubernie Caves, about 600 m walk from the house .

Close to the gorges of the Ardèche (30 minutes), the most beautiful villages of southern Ardèche (Balazuc, Vogüé 15 minutes) and less than 5 minutes from the center of Vinezac, a small medieval village, this location will allow you to find the essentials: nature, calm and serenity.

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.
