Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Julien

Christine's accommodation is a real gem. The house is well laid out and has three bedrooms, which were always nice and cool thanks to the thick walls of the house. In addition, there is also an additional central air conditioning system. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can cook great. It was also very pleasant that there was at least one toilet and a separate shower on each floor. The absolute highlight is the spacious garden with various terraces and a beautiful pool, which is in the sun all day. Since the different terraces are laid out on three sides of the house, you can always find a shady spot. There is also a hammock under two beautiful olive trees that provide wonderful shade. We got fresh pastries and fruit in the immediate vicinity every day. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful. The house cat made our vacation even sweeter!

Hard to find fault. These people are made for this activity. Everything is done to make you feel at ease. Muriel and Philippe are among the most hospitable hosts we have ever had.

We spent a fun filled week with family and this property was perfect. Beautiful gardens and grounds, comfortable furnishings, lots of ensuite bedrooms, great swimming pool and firepit with seating area where we all spent lots of fun time together. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Excellent!

We had a great stay at the cottage "Les lavandes". The accommodation is tastefully decorated, clean and well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the "air conditioning" works very well. It was very useful to us! Danielle and Eric are very welcoming and the little attention on our arrival made us very happy. The accommodation is very well located and close to the seaside. We felt very comfortable in Mas de Bories. The accommodation is spacious and the grounds offer a lot. The pool and hot tub were used a lot. The kitchen is very well furnished. If we had any questions, Daniel provided information very quickly and competently. Uncomplicated handover and acceptance on site by Cina. Thank you for everything, it was just great; we would book this place again immediately…

Very pleasant stay, the neighborhood is really quiet. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped but some difficulties to light the plancha! Otherwise, the terrace and jacuzzi are superb.

In a necessarily imperfect world, I look for the 1% that could lower the rating of this stay in Marseille, but it is impossible to find it. We are therefore approaching perfection. Despite a short stay, we were welcomed as if we were family with special culinary touches and a fridge providing all kinds of drinks. The location is ideal for those who like this area of Marseille. The garden-level accommodation of Evelyne and Dominique's house is superbly equipped, nothing is missing. The bedding is very high quality, which is really important to us. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountain, it is in the shade at the end of the afternoon which allows you to fully enjoy it in the evening when it is hot. Moreover, regarding the heat, we arrived during a heatwave and the accommodation was quite acceptable to live in already without the air conditioning. With a little air conditioning (which is silent) it's great.

Staying at Olivier's beautiful and unique accomodations has been the highlight of our trip and probably of our Airbnb experience as travelers so far. Olivier is kind, open, friendly, and a great communicator; although we don't speak french and he doesn't speak English -we understood each other perfectly even in long conversations and an impromptu lesson about the moon and planets. The telescope and Olivier's "tour" of the moon are breathtaking!!! Blew our minds. we would definitely come back for another chance to star gaze and enjoy the beautiful serene environment.

we spent some time out of time as a family. The setting is a real paradise, the yurt is magical, the birdsong, the beautiful trees, nature enveloped us with her love for 2 days! Audrey is a very beautiful person, attentive and very smiling. A beautiful soul! For nature lovers, those lacking calm and peace, to reunite with family, recharge, stop time, book quickly!

What a charming and authentic Provençal stay! Gerard was very welcoming and even provided us with farm fresh eggs, oranges to make fresh pressed juice in the mornings. The vineyards and olive trees were a beautiful site to wake up to each morning. We enjoyed walking into the village for dinner. We strongly recommend this amazing place.

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We had a lovely stay, it was nice meeting Sylvain for our check in and we got a lot of super recommendations from him. He was kind enough to let us check out a bit later as we would have struggled with all the luggage and a baby waiting for our transport to our next accommodation. Our daughter loved the toys he provided and the high chair and baby cot was gold for a easier travel.

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

We really enjoyed our (too) short stay at Michel and Sylvie's. In addition to being very welcoming and responsive, they offer an extremely clean and functional place to relax and rest, with an exterior (a nice saltwater pool surrounded by greenery) that looks like a real little paradise. Our only regret is that it went by too quickly. We'll be happy to go back.

Thank you, dear Anne and Nicolas, our week with you was wonderful: the tranquility and the view, the direct neighborhood to Forcalquier and Mane (Salagon, Musée et Jardins!). We were able to start our hikes directly from the house. Highly recommended.

The house is beautifully located in nature with a great view of Lacoste. We felt very comfortable with the large family. The house is in great condition and very nicely and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is available in the kitchen, etc. Julien is very helpful and always in touch. we'll be back for sure!

We had a beautiful stay at Christian and Anne’s place. We travelled with two couples, a toddler and a baby and the space was great for us. Ansouis is a quiet village with a great bakery and restaurant but within close driving distance of other villages to explore too! The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed dining in the outdoor space. Christian and Anne were really responsive with all communications and super flexible with check in and out! Thanks for sharing your place with us, we would love to return one day!

Karine & Stephane were the perfect hosts. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Karine was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around the house and gave us local recommendations. Karine & Stephane could not do enough for us while we were there and Scarlett the family dog is absolutely adorable ☺️ Pierrevert is the perfect location to stay while in Provence and the local restaurant Les Minots 2.0 is very good. Karine also recommended the local vineyard La Blaque, which has great wine and we also recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved Fabienne's villa- it's a lovely place with all of the amenities you need, an excellent location to explore the South of France and Fabienne was always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

We had a great week. The environment and the setting is very quiet and nice. The pool is very large and well exposed. The house is very well equipped. The host told us very well where the property was located. Good welcome. Large bathtub with a very pleasant bathroom. At least positive I would say lack of mosquito nets at the window, even if in this period we did not suffer from the heat at night. And one of the bedrooms is a little wet in terms of sleeping, it's a little disturbing. Also no pergola or shelter for the terrace, with the wind the umbrella is therefore unusable. Otherwise very satisfied in every way of the house and stay , we were with family / friends has 4 with a child and a dog. Overall very satisfied with our vacation. I would recommend it.
