Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home on Turtle Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The home is beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and full of island charm. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our coffee with that breathtaking ocean view was unforgettable. Some of our absolute favorite parts of the home were the private pool and its proximity to nearby beautiful beaches. The outdoor space in general was a dream—perfect for lounging! The monkeys were another favorite part! We were all sad to leave them. The host Cassandra and property manager Andrea were so friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with unbeatable views, an amazing pool, and access to nature, this is the place.

I stayed here with some friends for a weekend. It was a really nice apartment and the host gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment before arrival. She also responded quickly everytime. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The price was also really good. We did not have our own car, but we could walk easily to town and the harbour. For locations further away we booked taxi's. I definitely recommend this one!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

We cannot say nice enough things about this villa, the stay, and Nevis itself. Not only was the villa better than the photos, but it was very well stocked and comfortable. The property and the views were stunning, tranquil, and we never felt concerned with safety. Also, having assistance with the transportation made things feel more at ease. Janet suggested great hiking guides for us, Island Buzz Tours, and they also exceeded our expectations. Nevis and St. Kitts now has a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot wait to visit again.

It was our first time on Nevis. Gary met us at the water taxi and led us by car to help us find the house and get settled. Each night breezes blew through the screened windows and louvered doors. Tropical rain storms came over the mountains and pitter patter on the metal roof. The sounds of birds, monkeys and the trade winds are your white noise. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms with common spaces ventilated by open windows. The pool was crystal clear, warm and looked to have been recently redone. Views are beautiful and daily we watched humming birds and monkeys from the balcony. Generally Nevis is a tropical so mosquitoes and wildlife are on the bingo card The owners could not be nicer people and were always helpful with recommendations.

Vera is an AMAZING host. She met us at the Car Rental, which her sister Makida recommended. Vera showed how easy to find the Villa, and brought us grocery shopping at one of the better supermarkets 5 minutes from the rental. My husband and I enjoyed hearing birds ( many in the backyard), and seeing goats, also a few vervet monkeys roaming around. The Villa is 7 min. drive to the FishBuilding and Farmer's Place (people from all corners of the island come to shop). All the best beaches are a 6-10 minute drive, we've spotted a couple of local bakeries and restaurants, not to everyone's liking, yet few meals were truly delicious. It is good to experiment with trying local dishes. Villa's Kitchen is overstocked with cookware and dinnerware, which makes cooking a breeze. The home is true to the pictures, spacious and cozy. A car is a must, the neighbors are amiable and simply wonderful! Vera went above and beyond by checking on us, we felt treated as a family surely coming back:)

Let me start out by saying our stay here was absolutely phenomenal~!!! Seana and her husband were incredibly responsive…Offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport to their location..and had the refrigerator stocked with travel refreshments! Their Airbnb was just as beautiful as photographed! The cleanliness surpassed our expectations - and we were grateful for the washer/dryer that was made available riding our stay! In closing, this is an incredible place to stay - not only due to the location being close to “the action” - but it also served as a central hub to our guest that we’re traveling with us! Ricardo was great! His place is great! Close to restaurants, near the beach and right in frigate bay. We stayed for 3nights and it was amazing! Thank you for the visit and sharing your place with us! I would definitely stay there next visit to St. Kitts!

Firstly, I must say that the hosts Idisa and Shakura as well as the property owner were extraordinarily professional, warm and very helpful. Secondly, the images shown do not do the property justice. The space was larger in feel and look in person! We were greeted by Idisa who walked us through the space and ensured that we were settled in before leaving. We felt safe and at home each day as we hung out by the pool as well as the front patio. I really recommend this space! Ensure that you have either a rental or reliable transportation, as the area does not have public transportation as some other areas do. The drive to town, grocery shopping etc., is less than 10 mins though and taxi service to and from the building is quite inexpensive (max $15 US). I recommend that you advise your driver, if they are unfamiliar with Katino Resorts, as many were, that you are going to an Air BnB next to West Tech Shipping or Sugar Ridge Apts., as those are familiar landmarks right off the main road.

Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home, and even gave us some delicious mangoes! My family & I enjoyed relaxing under the patio, soaking in the breeze. Over all this place is lovely and comfortable! If you’re ever in Nevis, definitely stay with her—you won’t regret it!”

 Lita was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to meet. The apartment was clean and very well organised, with all the essentials provided, even if you haven’t had a chance to visit the shops yet. The room was a great size, perfect for a family. The kitchen was spacious and a lovely area to cook in. The apartment felt very safe and secure, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful place and view. If you are wondering if the reviews are accurate...they are. Garett is very communitive and makes getting here very simple. Once you arrive Eulin has food in fridge and she even had wine and cake for my wife's birthday! The best part is having the jeep which we drove all over the island. Highly recommend this place!

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

The apartment was well-appointed, and very comfortable; comfortable beds, high quality linens and luxurious towels. Beautiful beach and it was lovely to sit on the screened on deck. I loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas at our disposal and having the Barefoot bar right downstairs was a real bonus. I especially want to thank Vanessa! Her service was above and beyond even before we got there. I had a question about the car ferry. She called them for me and called me back with my answer, which was very reassuring. (By the way, the water taxi is much more dependable. We wanted a car to see a bit of St Kitts, so we opted for the car ferry, but due to ferry schedules, it made our trip home really long). But here's the best thing Vanessa did for me: I drove away from the apartment after my husband backed the car out for me, without the key! I called Vanessa to ask her to send a taxi up to me with the key; she brought it to me herself! She is such a kind, responsive person. Thx

Beautiful spacious property with gorgeous views. Even better than the pictures. We loved our time visiting St. Kitts and staying at Christine’s condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. In a great location with well maintained grounds, three swimming pools and everything you might need for a week’s stay. Christine was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and flexible in our accommodations. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Kitts. The only negative we experienced was the water being shut off each night at 10pm. It seems this might be a regular thing so it is good to know ahead of time. We were able to squeeze our showers in but not always the dishwasher for our dishes. Ended up having to hand wash in the morning when the water was turned back on. This was just a slight inconvenience for us but overall it was a fantastic stay!

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.

My partner and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for nearly six weeks and truly couldn’t have asked for more. It’s incredibly well-equipped—every kitchen utensil you might need, plus a washer and dryer, perfect for a long stay. The space was spotless, the beds were super comfy, both bathrooms had great showers, and each room had fans and strong AC. It’s tastefully decorated with a comfy sofa, dining area, and multiple balconies offering stunning views over Frigate Bay and the sea. The location is ideal—an easy walk to great restaurants, the beach, and fun but not-too-close beach bars. Best of all, there are three pools just minutes from the apartment. Silver Reef was easy to find, self check-in was a breeze, and the building manager Tracey was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful St. Kitts!

Everything was great. The location was perfect - the only thing that's a bit off is that it's dated. It's clean but dated - with A/C only in the bedroom - so the rate is relatively fair. Updating the bathroom - adding an A/C in the family room - and updating the furniture would make this place absolutely perfect - even if the price was increased slightly. I'd definitely stay here again - even if it's still dated.
